Green my Business distribute cleaning, catering & safety products throughout Devon and the UK to commercial businesses.
The successful candidate will complete the following duties:
>> Answering telephone calls, filtering calls and handling general enquiries in a courteous and cheerful manner.
>> Responding to email enquiries or passing them on to the relevant colleague to handle
>> Process orders
>> Stock handling, picking & control
>> Stock ordering
>> Lifting and packing orders (high physical demand)
>> Processing Payments
>> You will carry out other reasonable instruction as requested by management
Hours: 35 hours
Training: You will be required to undertake the Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration, which includes: Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration, Functional Skills in Mathematics, English and Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Employment Rights and Responsibilities and Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (these are embedded throughout the apprenticeship).
Skills: The successful applicant will have a good telephone manner as well as having a good understanding of maths & English.

Other Important Information: The Current National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.70 per hour. Apprentices must be paid at least the minimum wage rate for their age if they are aged 19 or over and have completed their first year. Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week)
