I must say as we tread the good streets to market our October offers leaflet to the masses it is heartening to see the amount of new businesses opening up! Today I met a gentleman developing an exciting looking eaterie of a fair size see www.eattoast.co.uk and yesterday a large refurbishment project which will be a drop in nursery. These and many business relocations where rent rises have made it more viable to buy!
